I used to look at my email list and think…

“Who’s even reading this?”

I’d see other coaches talking about their 5,000 or 10,000 subscribers…

Meanwhile, I had a couple hundred.

And I’ll be honest…

It made me doubt myself.

“Should I even keep going?”

“Maybe I’ll stick to LinkedIn.”

“You can make more money from your 9-to-5, forget this crap.”

But then I learned something that changed the way I saw my list…

Your list isn’t small. It’s focused.

Here’s a surprising truth:

You don’t need thousands of people to make $10K a month from your list.

You just need a few hundred who actually care.

Think about it:

If you have 200 people on your list…

And just 10 of them invest $1,000 to work with you…

You’ve hit your goal.

That’s not a “big list” goal.

That’s a focused list goal.

Most coaches waste months chasing numbers.

But the real growth starts when you stop obsessing over how many people are on your list…

And start caring about who those people are.

Because when you write every email like you’re speaking to a real person…

Someone who’s struggling with a real problem you can solve…

Your “small” list suddenly becomes your most profitable audience.

So if you’ve been feeling behind because your list isn’t massive…

Here’s your reminder:

You don’t need a bigger list.

You need a stronger connection with the one you already have.

Talk soon,

Danny
